TOURNAMENT

Vildbjerg Cup is sanctioned by FIFA.

A player may only be listed and play with ONE team.

The tournament is played in 2 rounds. In the qualifying round the 4 (or 5) teams of each pool (pulje) play against each other. Winners and sunners-up in each pool proceed to the final round which is played by the cup system, e.g. having lost a match, teams drop out of the tournament. Remaining teams  proceed to DOMINUS CUP (B-finals), also played by the cup-system.

11-a-side teams may consist of maximum 16 players per match
9-a-side teams may consist of maximum 12 players per match
7-a-side teams may consist of maximum 10 players per match
5-a-side teams may consist of maximum 8 players per match

Vildbjerg Cup is one of the new tournaments offering more levels within the same age-group.

Please enter your team in the correct age group and in particular pay attention to playing groups with more levels. We are very dedicated to offer all teams fair and even matches.

Dispensation
We draw your attention to the fact that cut-off date is 1 January, though dispensation may be granted upon written application prior to the tournament for:
max 2 players on 11-a-side teams born after 1 January previous year
max 2 players on 9-a-side teams born after 1 January previous year
max 2 players on 7-a-side teams born after 1 January previous year
max 1 player on 5-a-side teams born after 1 January previous year
provided these players are approved by their local and/or national football association.
