TERMS OF PAYMENT

Team entry deadline is 15 May 2012
If not paying online team entry fee shall be paid by bank transfer no later than 5 days after reporting the team(s).
By cancellations of teams made before 1 June 2012 we will repay the fee. If teams are cancelled after 1 June 2011 we do not refund the entry fee.

Deadline for registering participants and payment of participation fee is 22 May 2012
If you pay by bank transfer the participation fee is due for payment no later than 5 days after the online reporting. If the participation fee is not paid promptly the team will automatically be deleted in the registration system and put on our waiting list.
Additional players can be reported online until 15 July 2012.
If you cancel players before 1 June we will refund the participation fee. Cancellations of players made after 1 June we do not refund the participation fee.

Camping reporting deadline is on 15 June 2012
If you use a bank transfer the camping fee is due for payment no later than 5 days after reporting.
By cancellation of camping units made before 15 June 2012 the camping fee transferred will be paid back. Cancellations made after 15 June 2012 we do not refund.

By cancellations it is important you state your bank connection (IBAN and BIC-code) as well as name and address of recipient.

By cancellations we will deduct an administration fee of DKK 300 – no charges, however, on online payments.
